This shipping policy specifies the delivery zones, the processing and delivery times, the costs, and the procedure in the event of delay or dispute.
1. Delivery Zones
We ship to the following countries:

Orders are prepared and dispatched through our fulfilment partners. If we expand to other regions, we will update this page.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. No additional shipping fee is applied at the time of payment or on delivery.

3. Processing and Dispatch Times
Orders are processed with a daily cut-off at 2:00 PM (Hong Kong Time, GMT+8). Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day enter preparation the same day; orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, enter preparation on the next business day.

Orders are prepared and dispatched through our fulfilment partners. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.
4. Carriers
We work with reliable carrier partners. The exact carrier is chosen according to the parcel format, the delivery address, and availability, in order to guarantee the best possible delivery time.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the tracking page. You can also track your order from your customer account on stylemaha.com.
6. Delivery Delay
If your order has not been delivered within 9 business days of your order confirmation, contact our customer service at info@stylemaha.com, stating your order number. We will immediately open an investigation with the carrier.
Where required by the mandatory consumer law applicable to you, in the event of a failure to deliver by the agreed date or within a reasonable additional period, you may cancel the contract and obtain a full refund of the sums paid.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Please check carefully the address, the postal code, and your phone number at the time of order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@stylemaha.com: as long as the parcel has not been dispatched, we can change the information free of charge.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcel
All our shipments are sent with tracking. In the event of a parcel lost in transit confirmed by the carrier, we will either resend the product free of charge or issue a full refund. If the parcel arrives damaged, take photos before opening where possible, refuse the delivery or note reservations with the carrier, then contact us within 48 hours.
9. Taxes and Customs
Prices displayed include applicable taxes where required by law for the destination country. Depending on the destination, import duties or customs charges may apply on arrival and, where applicable under local law, are the responsibility of the recipient. Where such charges are prepaid or included, this is indicated at checkout.
