Yes. We provide free standard delivery on all orders, with no minimum order value and no hidden fees at checkout.

Orders are dispatched through our fulfilment partners. Total estimated delivery time is 4-9 business days from order confirmation, including preparation and transit. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs, courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking is also available in your customer account.

If your order hasn't arrived within 9 business days of your order confirmation, please email us at info@stylemaha.com with your order number, and we'll open an investigation with the carrier right away.

If possible, take photos before unpacking, and contact us within 48 hours at info@stylemaha.com. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund.

If you are a customer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@stylemaha.com. We will refund your payment, including the standard delivery costs, once the return is received.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 60-day return period. You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your items. Just email us at info@stylemaha.com and we'll guide you through the process.

The product must be new and unused, in its complete original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product - in which case Style Maha covers all costs. For withdrawals within the statutory 14-day period, the original standard delivery costs are refunded.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
