Card instalments may be available for eligible customers in selected countries. Available instalment options, eligibility requirements, fees, and repayment terms are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

The methods available to you may vary depending on your country, currency, device, order value, and eligibility. Only the payment methods available for your order will be displayed at checkout.

2. Transaction Security

All transactions made on stylemaha.com are protected:

SSL/TLS encryption: every page, including checkout, uses HTTPS. Your data is encrypted between your browser and our servers.

PCI-DSS compliance: payment processing is handled by authorised third-party payment service providers that meet applicable payment-industry security standards.

Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure): for card payments, your bank may request additional verification (one-time code) in line with applicable strong-authentication requirements.

No card storage: Style Maha never has access to your full card details.

3. When Is Your Card Charged?

For cards and instant payment methods, payment is taken at the time the order is validated (the “order with obligation to pay” step). You immediately receive a confirmation email containing the summary of your order.

For bank transfers, cash-based payment methods, vouchers, or other payment methods that are not completed immediately, your order will only be processed after the payment provider confirms that the payment has been successfully received. Payment instructions and any applicable payment deadline will be displayed at checkout.

4. Currency and Tax

Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, prices include the applicable VAT; the rate applied depends on your country and is shown before validation of the order. Style Maha does not charge any currency conversion fee; check the conditions of your bank or card if you pay in a currency other than that of your card.

5. Payment Failed - What to Do?

If your payment is declined:

check the details entered (number, expiry date, security code, billing postal code);

check the limit and available funds with your bank;

try another payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.);

if the problem persists, contact us at info@stylemaha.com.

6. Invoice

A detailed invoice is available in your customer account and can be sent to you by email on request.

7. Refunds

Refunds are always issued to the payment method originally used for the order, in accordance with our Refund Policy. For payment methods that do not support direct refunds, the payment provider may request additional information or use an alternative refund method.
