Orders

How do I place an order?
Select your product, add it to your cart, confirm your order, enter your delivery address, and choose your payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please email us as soon as possible at info@stylemaha.com with your order number. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the standard return process applies.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. A detailed invoice is available in your customer account and can be sent to you on request.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Transactions are securely processed and protected with SSL encryption.

Is payment secure?
Yes. The entire site is encrypted via HTTPS, and payments are handled by our secure payment provider. Style Maha never has access to your full card details and never stores sensitive payment information.

When is my card charged?
At the time your order is confirmed.

Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Australia, France, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Poland, Canada, New Zealand and the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free standard delivery on all orders, with no minimum order value and no hidden fees at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days from order confirmation, including preparation and transit. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs, courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking is also available in your customer account.

My parcel is delayed — what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 9 business days of your order confirmation, please email us at info@stylemaha.com with your order number, and we'll open an investigation with the carrier right away.

My parcel arrived damaged — what should I do?
If possible, take photos before unpacking, and contact us within 48 hours at info@stylemaha.com. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

What is your right of withdrawal?
If you are a customer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@stylemaha.com. We will refund your payment, including the standard delivery costs, once the return is received.

What is your return policy?
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 60-day return period. You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your items. Just email us at info@stylemaha.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Under what conditions is a return accepted?
The product must be new and unused, in its complete original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product — in which case Style Maha covers all costs. For withdrawals within the statutory 14-day period, the original standard delivery costs are refunded.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange a product?
Yes, subject to availability, within 60 days of delivery. Just email us at info@stylemaha.com.

Warranty & Customer Service

What warranty applies?
Where required by law, products benefit from the statutory legal guarantee applicable in your country (for EU customers, a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity). For details, please contact our customer service.

Customer Account

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, a customer account lets you view your order history, track your orders, and save your addresses.

How can I delete my account?
Send your request to info@stylemaha.com. In accordance with applicable data protection law (including GDPR for EU customers), we will delete your data within one month.
