Refund Policy

This refund and return policy describes the conditions under which you may return a product purchased on stylemaha.com and obtain a refund or an exchange.

1. Right of Return — 60 Days

Style Maha grants you a 60-day return period from the delivery date of your order, without having to justify your decision and without penalty. During this period, you may return any new and unused item, and request an exchange or a refund.

Statutory right of withdrawal: In addition, if you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you may:

     send us a clear statement by email at info@stylemaha.com; or

     use the model withdrawal form reproduced at the end of this page.

Where you withdraw within the statutory 14-day period, we refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, in accordance with applicable law. The voluntary 60-day period does not affect or reduce your statutory rights.

2. Conditions of Eligibility for a Return

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

     be in new condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged;

     be returned in its complete original packaging (box, accessories, labels, instructions);

     be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice);

     be returned within the 60 days following delivery.

Items excluded from the right of return for reasons of hygiene or protection once unsealed, as well as items made or personalised to your specifications, are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights for defective items.

3. Return Procedure — Step by Step

     Contact us by email at info@stylemaha.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

     We will send you the exact address of our return warehouse along with the shipping instructions.

     Prepare the item (new, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase).

     Ship the parcel to the return address provided to you.

     Keep your proof of shipment (tracking number) until the refund is confirmed.

Important: do not return any item before receiving our confirmation by email. Parcels sent without prior agreement may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, in which case Style Maha covers all costs. For withdrawals made within the statutory 14-day period, the original standard delivery costs are refunded in accordance with applicable law. We recommend using a tracked shipping method with insurance where possible, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. No restocking fee is applied.

6. Defective or Damaged Products on Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not matching your order:

     contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@stylemaha.com, attaching clear photos of the product and packaging;

     we cover the full return shipping cost and offer either a free replacement or a full refund (including initial shipping costs).

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges across our range, subject to available stock. The procedure is the same as for a return: contact us first, then return the unused item in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we ship the new product. Shipping costs for the exchanged product are free.

8. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return at our warehouse:

     we confirm acceptance or refusal of the refund by email;

     where accepted, the refund is made within a maximum of 10 days to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.);

     the time for the funds to actually appear then depends on your bank (generally 3 to 5 additional business days).

9. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request the free cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched, by contacting us as soon as possible at info@stylemaha.com. Once the order has been handed to the carrier, the standard return procedure applies.
