These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all contractual relations between TYKA LIMITED, operating the brand Style Maha, and any non-trading natural person (“Customer”) placing an order on stylemaha.com. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.
1. Seller

2. Products
Style Maha is a general online store offering a versatile range of consumer products. The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs, illustrations, and texts illustrating the products are not contractual for minor variations. Should errors or inaccuracies appear, the liability of Style Maha cannot be engaged on that basis alone. The products comply with the legislation applicable in their country of marketing.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in the currency of your selected market and include applicable taxes where required by law. They do not include shipping costs, which are indicated separately before validation of the order (free standard shipping at present). Style Maha reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated.
4. Order
The Customer places an order according to the following steps:
• selection of products in the cart;
• verification of the cart contents;
• identification (customer account or guest order);
• entry of the delivery and billing address;
• choice of delivery method;
• choice of payment method and acceptance of these Terms;
• final validation (“order with obligation to pay”).
A confirmation email summarising the order is sent after validation. The sales contract is formed upon dispatch of this confirmation. Style Maha reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or an obvious pricing error.
5. Payment
Payment is made exclusively online, by bank card or via the electronic wallets offered at checkout:
• Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay;
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay;
• Bancontact, iDEAL (where available).
Payment is taken at the time the order is validated. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments / Stripe, comply with the PCI-DSS standard, and use strong 3-D Secure authentication. Style Maha never has access to your full card details.
6. Delivery
The terms, times, and zones of delivery are detailed in our Shipping Policy. As an indication, the estimated total time is 4 to 9 business days (preparation: 1–2 business days; transit: 3–7 business days). In the event of a delay beyond a reasonable additional period, the Customer may, where the mandatory consumer law applicable to them so provides, cancel the contract.
7. Transfer of Ownership and Risk
The transfer of ownership takes place upon full payment of the price. The transfer of the risk of loss or damage takes place when the Customer (or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the product.
8. Right of Return and Withdrawal
The Customer benefits from a voluntary right of return of 60 calendar days from the delivery date, without having to justify their decision. In addition, if the Customer is a consumer in the EU or the UK, they have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt. 9. Legal Guarantees
Independently of any commercial guarantee, the Customer benefits automatically and free of charge, where required by the law applicable to them, from the statutory legal guarantees. For consumers in the EU, this includes the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery), allowing the Customer to obtain, at their choice, the repair or replacement of the non-conforming product, and failing that a refund or price reduction. 10. After-Sales Service
For any after-sales request, write to us at info@stylemaha.com or call us at +61 480848598, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST). Our team acknowledges receipt within 24 to 48 business hours.
11. Liability
The liability of Style Maha cannot be engaged for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or the products, nor in the event of force majeure or fault of the Customer. The liability of Style Maha is in any event limited to the amount of the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under the mandatory consumer law applicable to the Customer.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphic design, source code) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an act of infringement.
13. Personal Data
The conditions for the collection and processing of the Customer’s personal data are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR for EU customers.
14. Mediation and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Customer must first contact the customer service of Style Maha at info@stylemaha.com. Failing a satisfactory response, an EU consumer may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong, where the seller is established. This choice of law does not deprive the Customer of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence, which remain fully applicable. The Customer may, where the applicable law so provides, bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
